MISHAWAKA - Benjamin Franklin
"Ben" Swihart, 95, of 500 Lincolnway East, died at
8:05 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph Community Hospital after an
illness. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy L. Cloyd-Nichols;
four daughters, Marjorie Miller of Millersburg, Karolyn Kern
of Bristol, Doris Kasey of Brownsburg, Ind., and Naomi Pohl
of Ottawa, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Marlene Ward of
Mishawaka; a stepson, Cloyd Nichols of Mishawaka; and a brother,
Earl of Bristol.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
