SOUTH BEND - Mrs. Louise Vanderbosch, 90, of 1617 Oak Park, died at 6:55 a.m. today in Osteopathic Hospital after an illness of several months. She was born on Oct. 26, 1897 in Mishawaka and lived here all her life.

 

On Oct. 7, 1925, in Mishawaka, she married Amandus Vincent Vanderbosch who survives, along with a daughter, Mrs. Bernard J. Poers of Pittsburgh; three sons, Thomas J. of San Jose, Calif., Phillip A. of Charlotte, N.C., and Richard A. of Bloomington, Ill.; 22 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Rich Curry of Mishawaka, Mrs. Charles DeGroote of New Carlisle, and Mrs. Elizabeth Finch of San Diego, and a brother, George DeGroote of San Diego.

 

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, with Rev. Robert Yast, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Hickey Funeral Home. Mrs. Vanderbosch was a member of the church, the Christ Child Society, the Church of Mercy and the Rosary Society of the church. Memorial contribution may be made to the Christ Child Society.
