SOUTH BEND - Services for Philip M. VanDriessche, 77, of South Lake Street, who died at 6 p.m. Saturday in Healthwin Hospital and Nursing Home, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 3:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to REAL Services.

Mr. Van Driessche retired in 1980 from Sears, Roebuck and Co. He was born Aug. 23, 1916, in Kewanee, Ill., and lived in South Bend most of his life.

On Aug. 30, 1941, in South Bend, he married Julia Pullman. She died July 26, 1981. He is survived by a daughter, Shirley Jones of South Bend; and a sister, Marie Bassett of Phoenix. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Pulaski Post 357.
