NEW CARLISLE – Ruth E. Van Heesbeke, 86, of Hamilton Grove Community, died Sunday in the care center.  Survivors include a daughter, Norma J. Faulstich of San Marcos CA; two sons, Howard D. Freeman of Chula Vista CA, and Philip J. Freeman of Mesquite NV; and four sisters, Jeanette Rhoades of Osceola, Fay Magyar of Elkhart, Ann Papp of South Bend and Alice Mann of Long Beach CA.  There will be no visitation or services.  The St. Joseph Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
