Mrs. Louise Verleye

October 9, 1884January 8, 1963

 

Mrs. Louise Verleye, 78, of 513 W. 10th St., died unexpectedly of a cerebral hemorrhage at 8am today I St Joseph’s Hospital.

 

She was born October 8, 1884, in Lapscheure, Belgium, and lived here for 88 years, coming from Belgium.  She was a married to Alfons Verleye, who died January 10, 1955.  Surviving are two sons, Theo E. and August A. Verleye, both of Mishawaka,; a daughter, Mrs. Ralph Rinhart, Edwardsburg MI; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. 

 

The body is in the DeVos Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted Friday in St Bavo’s Church followed by burial in Fairview Cemetery.  Other arrangements are incomplete.  Mrs. Verleye was a member of the Senior Altar Society of St Bavo’s Church

Funeral Notes

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Verleye, 78, of 513 W. 10th St., who died Tuesday, will take place at 9am Friday in St Bavo’s Church, Rev. Stephen Cvaniga, assistant pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

 

Friends may call in the DeVos Chapel and the rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Thursday in St Bavo’s Church.  Mrs. Verleye was a member of the Senior Altar Society os At. Bavo’s Church and of the Broederenkring Auxiliary.

 

Pallbearers will be Mrs. Ivonne DeVreese, Mrs. Irene Lievens, Mrs. Alena Goossens, Mrs. Mary Selis, Mrs. Irma VanDeVoorde and Mrs. Anna Biesbroeck.
