Andrew Houston Vickery, age five, of 613 E. 17th St., Mishawaka, died at 9:47 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, South Bend, of injuries received on June 22, 1997, in a car-bicycle accident. Andrew was born on May 29, 1992, in Mishawaka, to David Vickery of Mishawaka and Deanna (Trivett) Houck, also of Mishawaka. Andrew is also survived by a brother, Adam David Vickery of Mishawaka, and a sister, Elise Houck, also of Mishawaka. Also surviving are his maternal grandparents, Houston and Ruth Trivett of Mishawaka, a maternal great-grandmother, Irene Barrier of Savannah, Tenn., paternal grandmother, Gnita Marie Smith of Mishawaka, and a paternal great-grandfather, Forrest Gibson of Mishawaka.

Funeral services for Andrew Houston Vickery will be held Tuesday July 8, at 11 a.m. in the South Side General Baptist Church, 1615 S. Spring St., Mishawaka, with the Rev. Adolph Lacy officiating.

Burial will take place in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Friends may call at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday July 7.
