Emery Voros. Emery Voros, 1302 S. Franklin St., died at 7:55 a.m. today in his residence after five weeks illness. He was born Aug. 28, 1878, in Sopron, Megye, Hungary, and came here 55 years ago from there. In South Bend in 1910 he married Elizabeth Takach, who died in 1951. He was a retired Oliver Corp. employee. Surviving are two sons, John L. and Stephen J. Voros; two step-sons, Joseph and Emery Takach; a step-daughter, Mrs. Katherine Koczan; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, all of South Bend, and a sister in Hungary. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday in the Zahoran Funeral Home.

VOROS – Funeral services for Emery Voros, of 1301 S. Franklin St., who died Saturday, will be conducted at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church with Rt. Rev. Msgr. John S. Sabo, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Pall-bearers will be Charles and Joseph Kovacsics, Stephen Kalmar, Louis Klebrisits, Stephen Horvath and Stephen Miko. Friends may call at the Zahoran Funeral Home after 2 p.m. today.
