Stephen J. Voros. Stephen J. Voros, 50, of 1301 Franklin St., died at 9:05 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph’s Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack. He was born March 27, 1917 in South Bend and had lived here all his life. Surviving are three brothers, John L.  Voros and Emery and Joseph Takach, and a sister, Mrs. Katherine Koczan, all of South Bend. He was a Veteran of World War II. Friends may call after 6 p.m. in the Zahoran Funeral Home.

VOROS – Friends of Stephen J. Voros, 50, of 1301 S. Franklin St., who died Thursday in St. Joseph’s Hospital after a brief illness, may call after 6 p.m. today at the Zahoran Funeral Home. Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church, Rt. Rev. John Sabo, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in the funeral home by members of the St. Anthony’s Society, and at 7:30 p.m. Sunday by members of the St. Ann’s Society, Our Lady of Hungary Church.
