SOUTH BEND - John Sha'Varr Wafford, Jr.,
beloved son and grandson, who resided on East Donald Street,
South Bend, Ind., passed away at birth on Friday, Oct. 16, at
1:26 p.m. in St. Joseph's Medical Center. He is survived by his
parents, Sharon Love and John Wafford; maternal
grandmother, Gertrude Love; paternal grandmother, Veronica Henderson;
paternal great-grandmother, Minnie Henderson; three aunts; five
uncles; along with a host of other friends and relatives. He was
preceded in death by a maternal great-grandmother, Henrietta Day;
maternal grandfather, Walter Love; and by paternal grandfather,
John B. Wafford, Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Alford's Mortuary. Alford's Mortuary is in charge of handling arrangements.
