MISHAWAKA - Arvilla E. Wagner, 89, of
Hubbard Hill Estates, Elkhart, formerly of Mishawaka, died at
10:55 a.m. Thursday in the home of a grandson on Old Bedford
Trail. Mrs. Wagner was born Sept. 3, 1906, in Wakarusa and lived
in Mishawaka most of her life.
On Aug. 8, 1925, in Wakarusa, as Arvilla E. Keil,
she married Guy C. Wagner. He died Jan. 1, 1990. She is survived
by a son, Wayne L. of Mishawaka; six grandchildren; 13
great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two
sisters, Dorothy Wardlow of Cassopolis and Mabel Krick
of Westland, Mich. A daughter, Ruby Barreth, died June 23,
1994. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the
church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Bubb
Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St. Memorial contributions may
be made to the church.
