SOUTH BEND – Mrs. John W. Walker, 67, of 302 West Marion, life long resident of the city, died Thursday in her home from heart disease. She was born in South Bend Oct. 23, 1863, and and Miss Emma Zimmerman, was married to John Walker, who survives, 29 years ago. In addition to her husband she is survived by two brothers, Charles Edward Zimmerman and William Zimmerman, both of South Bend; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Ann Smith, Mrs. Lena Tramer and Mrs. Hosea Jones, all of this city.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in her residence, officiated by Rev. C. Yeomans of the First Methodist Episcopal Church. Burial will be in City Cemetery.
