MISHAWAKA- Leonard G. Wallace, 76, of
1003 E. Broadway, died after an illness at 2:10 a.m. Saturday in
St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mr. Wallace retired in 1981 from
Uniroyal Technology Inc. after 29 years of service. He was born
Jan. 11, 1920, in Winamac.
In 1947, in South Bend, he married Mary E. Cashen.
She died Feb. 10, 1979. He is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Rich
of Mishawaka; a son, Leonard L. of Mishawaka; two grandchildren;
and a brother, Jim of Cross Lake, Minn. He was a member of
American Legion Post 161 and veteran of World War II.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in
Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola. Burial will be in Chapel Hill
Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
today in the funeral home.
