William John Weinkauf

Williams J. Weinkauf, 69, of 313 Lewis, Osceola, died at 9 a.m. Friday in his home following a brief illness. 

 

He was born in Mishawka Sept. 22, 1905, and moved to Osceola from Mishawaka 34 years ago. 

 

On Nov. 15, 1941, he married Marie Spencer in Berrien Springs.  Surviving is his widow; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Margaret Doty and Mrs. Helen Landon, both of New York; a stepson, Jack Bolander of Peoria, Ill., and a brother, Paul Weinkauf of Mishawaka.

 

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Warner Funeral Home, Osceola, where services will be at 1 p.m. Monday.  Msgr. Curt A. Suelzer, pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church, will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Mishawaka.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Warner Funeral Home, Osceola, for William J. Weinkauf, 69, of 313 Lewis, Osceola, who died last Friday in his home.  Msgr. Curt A. Suelzer, pastor of St. Joseph’s Church, officiated and burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery. 

 

Among the survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Robbins of Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs. Margaret Becraft of Mishawaka.
