Mrs. Jean West, 90, of Rt. 1 Box 42, Edwardsburg, died at 8:20 pm Tuesday in Memorial Hospital following a fracture of her hip on Feb. 9.  She was born in Cincinnati on March 5, 1872, and came here in 1911 from Aurora, Ind.  She had lived here until last year when she and her daughter, Mrs. Eva Seese, moved to Edwardsburg.  She was married in Falmouth, KY in 1898 to William B. West who died here in 1934.  Surviving besides Mrs. Seese are two other daughers, Mrs. Maybelle Slater and Mrs. Mary McGloshen,  both of South Bend, and two sons, Clarence of South Bend and Roy B. of Los Angeles.  Friends may call in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home after 7 pm today.  Services will be held there at 1:30 pm Friday with  Rev. Ernest Scott, of the First Baptist Church and Rev. Donald Lawson, pastor of the Mason Baptist Church, officiating.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.  Mrs. West had been a member of the First Baptist Church for 55 years.
