Mildred B. Widup

MISHAWAKA - Mildred B. Widup, 90, of 55926 Clover Road, died at 12:09 a.m. Monday in Miller's Merry Manor, Plymouth. Mrs. Widup retired in 1968 from Robertson's Department Store, South Bend, after 20 years of service as a clerk. She was born Dec. 5, 1903, in Warsaw, and was a lifelong area resident. On Aug. 10, 1922, in St. Joseph, as Mildred B. Silveus, she married William F. Widup. He died Oct. 12, 1981. She is survived by a daughter, Maxine LeFree of South Bend; two sons, Donald of Mishawaka and Robert of New Carlisle; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; a sister, Treva Richard of Mishawaka; and a brother, Raymond Silveus of Sarasota, Fla. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home
