Mrs. Margaret K. Wilson, 83, of South Bend, Ind., passed away on Friday morning, Dec. 31, in the Ironwood Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Wilson was born on Jan. 26, 1916, in South Bend, to the late Allen and Anna (Riland) Keeney.

 

On June 14, 1941, she married Robert F. Wilson, who died on Feb. 9, 1965. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Wilson of South Bend; two sons, Michael A. Wilson of Camarillo, Calif., and Richard C. Wilson of Niles, Mich.; two grandchildren, Timothy A. Wilson and Kelly Wilson; and by a great-grandchild, Andrew L. Wilson.

 

Mrs. Wilson graduated from South Bend High School and later from Stevens College, receiving her B.A. degree from Depauw University, and attended the Art Institute in Chicago, Ill. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and worked in the Church's Budget Corner, belonged to the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 2, A.A.U.W., and to the Easter Seal Association.

 

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date. Cremation will take place in the Michiana Crematory. Contributions may be made to the Easter Seal Association. The Welsheimer Funeral Home handled the family's arrangements.
