Osceola – Kenneth L. Wordinger, 48, of 205 S. Apple Road, died at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka. He had been ill five weeks.

 

He was born May 5, 1929 in Woodland, and had lived his lifetime in the area.

 

He was married on July 16, 1950, in South Bend to Janet L. Moore. She survives with four sons, James, West Lafayette, Michael E., Lompoc, Calif., Thomas L., South Bend and Robert L., at home; three daughters, Lori L., Elkhart, Lisa A. and Amy, both at home; two brothers, Gerald, Bristol, and Otho, South Bend; a sister, Mrs. Carl Schalliol, Mishawaka.

 

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Warner Funeral Home where services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Jim Fritz of the Osceola United Methodist Church will officiate.

 

Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

 

Wordinger was a member of the Osceola UM Church, and of Local BEW, South Bend. He was employed by Shaum Electric Co., Elkhart.
