NORTH LIBERTY - Doris J. Wynn, 82, of North Liberty, passed away at 5 a.m. Sunday, December 14, in her son's residence in Mishawaka after an extended illness. Doris was born on March 14, 1926, in Walkerton, IN, and had resided in the Michiana area her lifetime. On March 2, 1947, in Walkerton, as Doris J. Bellinger, she married Charles L. Wynn, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Ed (Christine) Wynn of Mishawaka; two grandchildren whom she loved and cherished, Matthew C. Wynn and Cassandra B. Wynn; a sister, Betty L. Sheaks, Willow Brook, IL, and a brother, William O. (Kay) Bellinger, North Manchester, Indiana. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, and by a brother, Grant H. Bellinger. Mrs. Wynn retired from Wells Aluminum in 1987 after many years of service. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She loved gardening, nature, and loved her family deeply as they did her. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, her church family, and all who had the opportunity to know her during her life journey. She loved to be with family and friends. When I came to the end of the road, and the sun has set for me, I remember the love that we have shared and that will comfort thee.
