MISHAWAKA - Robert Bruce Yeakey, 58,
of Goldsboro, N.C., formerly of Mishawaka, died after an illness
at 4:20 a.m. today Wayne County Hospital, Goldsboro. Mr. Yeakey
retired from the Air Force after 20 years and currently was the
commissary officer at Seymore Johnson Air Force Base, Goldsboro.
He was born July 29, 1937, in Mishawaka. On
Aug. 2, 1959, in Mishawaka, he married Frances Robinson.
She survives with daughter, Regena Davis of Louisburg,
N.C.; a son, Steven of Youngsville, N.C.; three grandchildren;
his mother, Regena Yeakey of Mishawaka; two sisters, Arletah Hochstetler
of Elkhart and Charlene DeNeve of Mishawaka; and two
brothers, Arthur C. of Mishawaka and Virgil of South Bend.
Services will be in Goldsboro.
