ZIEGERT-Friends of Ralph F. Ziegert, 58, of 215 Monmoor St., may call in the Bubb Funeral Chapel until 11 am Wednesday and in the Twin Branch Bible Church from noon Wednesday until 1 pm the funeral hour.  Rev. Byran J.
