SOUTH BEND - Gregory J. Zurek, 50, of High Pointe Drive, died at 5 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mr. Zurek was employed by AlliedSignal. She was born June 20, 1945, in Michigan City, and lived in South Bend for 20 years.

On Nov. 30, 1968, in Michigan City, he married Patricia Kulakowski. She survives with a daughter, Angela Zurek of South Bend; a son, Drew of South Bend; his mother, Frances Zurek of Michigan City; and a brother, Patrick of Boston. Twin daughters and son preceded him in death. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
