S. Brunger & Co.


BRUNGER, S. & Co., proprietors of the Sullivan Ind. Woolen Millt, are manufacturers of flannels, blankets, stocking yarn and stockings. The business was originally established in Carlisle, Ind., in 1871, and removed to Sullivan in 1879. The personnel of the company consists of S. Brunger and W. E. Aydelotte. Mr. Brunger was born in Kent County, Toronto, Canada, in 1845, and came with his father to Sullivan County in 1871. Mr. Aydelotte was born in Boone County, Ky., in 1850, and came to Sullivan County in 1860. - Hamilton Twp.
