HaysHAYS, JOHN T., a prominent lawyer, was born in Beaver County, Pa., in 1842, graduated from Iron City Commercial College in 1864, and from Mount Union, Ohio College still later, and was a successful superintendent of the Sullivan public schools in 1872-3.
