I am looking for info on the death and trial of my great aunt who was allegedly murdered by her husband. Her name was IDA MAE
(RUSSELL) KINNEMAN- have seen this name spelled different ways. She died on 3-4-1906, her death cert states convulsions-she
died from child birth. Supposedly her husband had performed an abortion. It went to trial the next year but he was not convicted,
even though he confessed. I have the newspaper clippings, there was no trial transcript at that time I have been told. No one in
my family ever mentioned this, and the ones still living never knew about it, I only found this while working on my geneaology.
If anyone has any info related to this or something that might shed more light on it I would greatly appreciate it.
