Gaia Guirl-Stearley is looking for: GUIRL, Ellet A., Mary Ann Ulrich, Emma Lewis, Grace ULRECHT or ULRICH, Mary Ann HARRIS, Eva May Guirl Katharin Christman is looking for: Theophilus Padgett who is mentioned in the "History of Sullivan County" by Wolf as the father of James H. Padgett. His older son, William Albert Padgett, and wife Sarah Ellen Smith, are my family link. Other Sullivan county names for me are Gastineau, Smith, Ballance, Hinkle, and Long. Jacob Shanks (unknown origin) married to Mary Alumbaugh > about 1831, and disappears about 1850 after Mary's death during birth of twins, William and Lucy. Several children orphaned and raised by other families. The parents of Benjamin (Allen) Reynolds b. 1818 d. Nov 1873 m. abt. 1842 to Sophia Carr b. 1822 d. bef 1900 they had 9 children. Elmira, Matilda, Griffin, Elizabeth, Charles, Mary, Benj. Jr, Sarah and Thomas. Benj. served as a Assessor of Gill twp. For a number of years. Joyann Reynolds I am trying to locate the graves of my great grandparents. Their names are Corda & Barney Young. On Barney's death certificate, it says that he was buried in Dugger Cemetary, Sullivan County, Indiana. I have a picture of the very large granite headstone that says YOUNG. The death date for Corda is June 14, 1937. Barney died in Michigan on July 6, 1965 and burial on July 9, 1965.
