Muster Roll of Company C, 3d Indiana Cavalry

Muster out Roll of Capt. Ephriam H. Martin's Company (C), in the 3d Regt. of Indiana Mounted Volunteers, commanded by Col. Robt. Klein, (late Chapman), called into the service of the U.S. by the President, at North Madison, Indiana, (the place of general rendezvous) on the 22d day of August, 1861, to serve for the term of 3 years, from the date of enrollment, unless sooner discharged; from the 30th day of June, 1864, when last paid, to the 21st day of August, 1864, when discharged. The Company was organized by Capt. T.M. Danglade, at Vevay, Indiana, in the month of July, 1861, and marched thence to North Madison, Indiana, where it arrived the 31st day of July, 1861, a distance of 20 miles.
