Craig: all personal property of every description including my interest in the store of Morerod and Craig, and my horse, buggy, household and kitchen furniture, Library H. after the payment of my just debts which I desire may be settled and paid immediately after my decease. I devise my farm together with all its appurtunances situated in Decatur County, Indiana being the SW quarter of S3 T10, north of R8E to my beloved wife to have and to hold the sum of the same to her and her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.
