State Soldiers' Home, Lafayette
This gateway is the entrance to the drive leading up to the Home
Grounds from the Riverside Road, which is the main thorougfare from the
City of Lafayette to the Tippecanoe Battle Ground. It was designed
by John Levering, Treasurer of the Board of Trustees, and built under his
personal supervision during the summer of 1900.
