No 2. Delaware County Cottage. Has six rooms on first floor, with bathroom and closets, and four rooms and bathroom and closets on second floor.  Cost $3,500, and lodges twenty persons.  Heated with furnace.

Nos. 3. Randolph County Cottage.  Has five rooms, bathrom and closets on first floor and three wards, bathroom and closets on second floor.  Cost $2,400, and lodges twenty persons.  Heated with stoves.
