The Old Men's Home is designed for single men who have become too feeble to walk to the main dining-room for their meals, but at present is used only for a barracks.  It is provided with a dining-room, kitchen, pantry, etc.  The lieutenant's office, smoking-room, storeroom, two wards, one bedroom, bathrooms and closets are on the first floor; thirteen bedrooms, two wards, bathrooms and closets on the second floor, and six bedrooms on the third floor.
