Wabash Ave is also known as U.S. 40. Calvary Cemetery is on the east side of Terre Haute.
It sits on a steep hill, and has distinctive black iron (?) entry gates. The cemetery is
surrounded by a chain link fence. Wabash Avenue/U.S. 40 runs through the city, so
this cemetery should be easy to find, even if you are visiting from out of town. Highland
Lawn Cemetery is nearby, on the opposite side of the street.

Calvary Cemetery is primarily a Catholic cemetery. However, I believe in the past year or
so, the cemetery started allowing non-Catholic burials.
Calvary Cemetery houses the St. Joseph Catholic cemetery burial records (St. Joseph
cemetery burials are in Woodlawn Cemetery, in Terre Haute, Vigo County, Indiana).
