This cemetery is located near the Santa Maria subdivision, not too far from the Marion Heights water tower. It is in the woods, with no drive leading to it, but it IS visible from the road. Directly across the street from the cemetery is a house, and the address of the house is 3080 W Thralls. (I'm sorry the directions aren't better.)
The cemetery sits on a hill, and almost none of the stones are set in their original bases. Most are propped up against trees, and about 5 I uncovered by kicking leaves around. Several of them are broken, and many are hard to read. Hopefully I'll be able to make a return trip there, when the sun is shining brighter, and I'll get a better transcription.
Also, almost all of these stones seem to be for people that died between the
years 1850 and 1851.
