WANTED Photos
I'm Karen Zach, Montgomery & Fountain Co coordinator for GenWeb and past (originator) of Parke. I have several old diaries of Hiram Pratt, a barber in Waveland (Mont Co) Indiana; however, he was from Vigo County (or at least his wife's family and part of his were) -- the name was Shaw. Here is an entry. What I'd like to do is find a SHaw or Pratt member having a copy of those photos. WOW - would that be GREAT to add to the diary entries. He has quite a following on the list serve for Mont. It's kind of gotten to be Waveland Place :) Thursday Oct 7 - $2.35. Paid 55 cts for a small bit of bacon. CS Moore and Lizzie Read are going to get married next Tuesday evening at 7 ½. They have been 5 years in making up this match. The weather continues very nice. Wife and I had some pictures taken yesterday. |
