Stephen S. Whiteman, rents and profits from 100 acres, southeast corner section 21, town eleven, range nine Vigo County during his life time. To be sold after his death and proceeds to be divided equally between his four children: Frances, Mary, Jane and John Whiteman.

Note forr $448.00 dated Nov. 25, 1885 signed Stephen S. Whiteman to be cancelled and given to him.

Note for $330.00 datead 20 Aug 1888 signed Stephen S. Whiteman to be paid.

Heirs of John Whiteman: Edward, John, Walter, Mason, Marshall and Stephen, $300.00 each.

Amanda Tayler - Samuel Applegate's daughter - $300.00

Ida J. Doty - north half of lot 50 in Rose's subdivision of 44 acres and two rods in city of Terre Haute. Not to sell or dispose of until she attained the age of 25 years. Should she die before age 25, leaving no child or children, property to be sold and proceeds divided equally between Stephen S. Whiteman's four children and John Whiteman's six sons.

Ida J. Doty also to have gold watch, $100.00, and choice of personal property as follows: one bedstead, one featherbed, two pillows, two quilts, two sheets, one blanket, one bolster. Remainder of household goods to be equally divided between Frances and Jane, Stephen Whiteman's daughters.

If any heirs die, their share to be divided equally between remaining heirs.
