Wabash, April 15 –

   Funeral services for John Dunphy, 77, will be held at 9 o’clock Wednesday morning at the Costin-Bond Funeral Home in Peru with Rev. Paul A. Welsh in charge. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery in Wabash.

   Mr. Dunphy, who had lived on a farm near Rich Valley for the past 15 years, died Sunday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Levi Ridenour near Wabash.

   He is survived by the daughter, Mrs. Ridenour; three sons, John Dunphy of Peru, Joseph Dunphy of Baltimore, Md., and Thomas Dunphy of Wabash and 23 grandchildren.
