Charles Leaf, 69, died this morning at his home near Collamar after an extended illness.

Surviving are the widow; three sons, Raymond of Seattle, Edward of Pennsylvania and Otto of Collamer; four daughters, Mrs. William Rudig of Andrews, Mrs. Arthur Ervinger of Fort Wayne, Mrs. Nora Simon at home and Miss Fern Leaf of Detroit; several grandchildren; three brothers, Dr. Hugh Leaf of Chicago, Robert of Seattle and Albert of Evansville; a sister, Mrs. Nora Saylor of Illinois.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10 o’clock at the North Manchester United Brethren Church, with Rev. Noah McCoy officiating.
