Phyllis J. Ritenour, 83, widow of Leon, died Monday, June 13, 2016. She was born 6 Aug 1932 in Elkhart, Indiana to the late Ralph and Edna Brubaker. She was co-owner, secretary and bookkeeper of blue Flame LP Gas.
She is survived by sons Steven (Sandra), Brent (JoAnn), and daughter Kathy (Richard) Cummins, all of Fort Wayne; sisters Norma Ritenour of North Manchester, Eleanor (Jerry) Eaton of Lafayette; brother, DeWayne Brubaker of North Manchester; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and Prayer partner, Naomi Coats. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Devon Brubaker, Ralph Gorsuch, and sister, Helen Broyles.
Service was held at 2:00 pm, Friday, June 17, 2016 at First Assembly of God, 1400 W. Washington Center Road, Pastor Michael Rogers, officiating. Funeral arrangements by D. O. McComb & Sons. Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, North Manchester, IN.
