Ralph Berry

Ralph Berry, 71, Route 2, Berry Road died unexpectedly at his home at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Gill Chapel with the Rev. David Wharton officiating. Interment will be in the New Veale Creek Cemetery.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
He was born November 6, 1913 in Daviess County to Harvey and Willa Henson Berry. He married Evelyn Allison April 10, 1936 and she survives. He was a farmer. He was a member of the Veale Creek Baptist Church and was a Sunday School teacher and trustee of the church. He was trustee of New Veale Creek Cemetery and was a former deacon of the church.
Surviving besides his wife are three daughters, Mrs. Roy (Amy) Cottom, Terre Haute, Miss Joyce Berry, Royal Oak, Michigan, and Mrs. Bill (Luann) Hubbard, Spring, Texas, four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and one brother, James E. Berry, Dana. Two sisters and four brothers have died.
