Mrs. Ray Chandler
Mrs. Ray Chandler, twenty-seven years old, diedt at 12:16 o'clock the morning of March 16 at the family residence 407 southeast Eleventh street. She had been ill from influenza for one week. Before her marriage to Ray Chandler April 14, 1914, Mrs. Chandler was Miss Iva Moots. She was born in Daviess county, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Moots who survive her together with the husband, two daughters, Thelma and Eldena, three sisters and one brother. Mrs. Chandler was a member of the First Christian church. She was unswerving in her loyalty to her home and her friends and her death has caused intense sorrow in an extensive circle of friends.
