Thelma Denson
31 July 1912 - 22 January 1976
THELMA m. DENSON
Thelma M. Denson 63, 213 Ogdon St., died at the Daviess County Hospital
at 5:15 p.m. Thursday after a three week illness.
Miss Denson was an employee of the Arlington Hotel. She was a member
of St. Mary Catholic Church, the Ladies Auxiliary of Knights of St. John,
Daughters of Isabella and the Jolly Times Club.
A lifetime resident of the community she was born July 31, 1912 to the
late Carl J. and Anna (Rekers) Denson. She attended St. Mary's schools
and St. Simon's high school.
Surviving are brother, Harold J. Denson, Washington, a sister Mrs. Norma
J. Hinkel, Erie, Pa., three nieces and one nephew.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Church with burial in
St. John's cemetery. Friends may call at the Ed Lee mortuary after 1
p.m. Saturday. Members of the parish and friends will pray a Rosary at
7 p.m. Sunday, to be followed by memorial services of Knights of St.
John and Daughters of Isabella.
