John Wm. Gibbs, a former Washington resident, died Sunday, May 1, at his home in Glendale, California at the age of 88. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Visalia, California. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Charles Norris, four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, all of Glendale, a brother Ben Gibbs, city and two sisters Mrs. Lula Denson, city and Mrs. Rose Clark, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
