L.E. GILLICK DIED FRIDAY
Funeral of Lawrence Everett Gillick, 58, of Veale Township, who died last night at the hospital will be held at Oak Grove church in Reeve township at 2 o'clock Monday, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. N.E. Lauer will officiate. Mr. Gillick had been ill only two days before his death. He was born in Martin county on Dec 14, 1892, the son of Thomas F. and Lydia (Street) Gillick. He had been an attendant at the Ace High Service Station and formerly was occupied in farming. He was educated in the county schools and was a member of the Oak Grove church in Reeve. Survivors are his widow, Josephine Cullivan whom he married Nov 4, 1916, and two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Collins, Portersville Road and Mrs. Wilma Kirsch, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Three grandsons and a sister, Mrs. Edith Snider, city, and niece, Mrs. Zella Ackerman, Oakland, CA, also survive. The body is at the Gill Chapel where friends may call.
