Helen Imogene Mandabach

Washington-Helen Imogene Mandabach, 65, of 9 W. National Hwy in Washington
died Wednesday in Daviess County Hospital following a short illness.
She was born June 6, 1924 in Daviess County, daughter of Lewis and Nancy
Boyd Fitzgerald. She married Louis Mandabach June 21, 1952, he passed
June 14, 1964. there were no children. Jean went to work at the Indiana
Soldiers and Sailors Children's Home at Knightstown, Indiana, serving
as a house parent from 1969 to 1982.
Surviving are three sisters, Lillian Gray and Barbara Carey of Washington
and Evelyn Walker of Zephyrhills, Fl and two brothers Norman Fitzgerald
and Donald Fitzgerald of Washington.
Services will be Saturday at 1:30 P.M. at Gill Chapel with Rev. Roger
Hulton officiating, burial will be at St. John's cemetery at Washington.
