FLORA MILLIGAN TAKEN BY DEATH
Loogootee, IN, May 23
Mrs. Flora M. (Winegar)
Milligan, 41, passed away at 12:20 a.m. today at her residence on Loogootee
RR 1, one mile east of Alfordsville. She had been in failing health for
the past year. Mrs. Milligan was born Sept 20, 1905, in Lawrence county,
the daughter of John C. and Anna (Hopper) Winegar. She is survived by
her husband, John J. Milligan and eight children, Garnett B., Retha P.,
Harvey J., Wilma E., Juanita J., Ives O., Clarence H., and Geraldine.
Three children preceded her in death. She also leaves a sister, Mrs.
Myrtle Pridemore of Mitchell, three brothers, William A. Winegar of Mitchell,
Harry Winegar of Indianapolis, and Glayton of Mitchell. Funeral services
will be held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock (fast time) at the Norris & Sons
Funeral Home followed by interment in the Mitchell cemetery, Rev. Williams
of Alfordsville will officiate at the ceremony. Friends may call at the
Norris Funeral Home.
