Clarence E. O’Bryan

Clarence E. O’Bryan, 82, of Washington, died at 9:17 p.m. Thursday at Daviess Community Hospital. Born Oct. 9, 1926, in Daviess County, he was the son of John W. and Mary Alma (Boyd) O’Bryan. He had worked at McCord Corp. and was a farmer. He was a member of Bethel North United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Lois Marie (Sipes) O’Bryan; son and daughter-in-law, Eugene and Joan O’Bryan of Phoenix; daughter, Mary Ann Crist of Phoenix; grandchildren, Amy Bender, Alan O’Bryan, John O’Bryan, Daniel Crist, David Crist and Bryan Crist; and one great-grandchild, Ethan Bender. He is preceded in death by three sisters, Alma M. O’Bryan, Elva M. O’Bryan and Ruth Hinkle. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Poindexter-Hall and McClure, Washington Chapel, with Rev. Marvin Cheek officiating. Burial will be in Sugarland Memory Gardens. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
