Cheese Ball

1 large package creamed cheese
1 Jar Kraft Old English Cheese
1 Jar Kraft garlic cheese
 
1 small wedge Roquefort cheese
Set all until room temperature.  Blend well.  Set in refrigerator until firm. Shape in desired roll or ball and sprinkle with crushed pecans



(Cranberry) Fruit Dip










Quick & Easy BISCUITS
1 C. Self-rising Flour 3 T. Mayonnaise ½ C. Milk
Beat real well.  Drop in muffin tins.  400 until golden brown.  





Raspberry Fruit Dip - quick, easy & yum

Uncle Terry's Rustic Rub -- (You do not have to make this much – just these portions – great for ANY meat or FISH – can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months)
8 T. Paprika
# T. Cayenne
5 T. Freshly ground Black Pepper
6 T. Garlic Powder
3 T. Onion Powder
5-6 T. Salt
2 ½ T. Dried Oregano
2 ½ T. Dried Thyme
Blend all the above well.  Really good stuff.  A perfect combination for about anything you are cooking! It is amazing !!! 3-20-2023

2 # sifted, powdered sugar
8-oz cream cheese
Food coloring
½ tsp. Peppermint
Cream softened cream cheese – adad coloring and peppermint oil  Work in the powdered sugar with hands. Press into molds. Makes about 400 mints.
