I believe he is buried beside his first wife Mary Jane BEOUY Harris in the Wheeling Cem but there is no grave marker. If anyone has any idea I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks in advance. He spent time in an orphanage in Muncie, and I am trying to determine why., and when his parents were divorced. His parents were Royal Lester JORDAN and Esta Dorsey JORDAN. Roy's parents were Charles and Virginia WHITE JORDAN. My dad-Ray JORDAN, had a brother who died in 8March1921. Esta JORDAN married Robert Arthur JONES who was from Gedney Hill, England. His former wife was named Louisa and they had a son named Robert F. JONES who was born in Muncie @1907. I am seeking a marriage date for Esta and Robert. JONES.

He was born in Hartford City on 12/27/1856 to Charles R and Catherine. He married Cora EDSON on 1/24/1882 in Harfford City. They had two children, Mabel b 11/23/1883 and James Clayton b 9/9/1888. Research in Blackford County reached dead end when William and family apparently moved. Any help would be appreciated.

His father, the Rev. John Graham, a Baptist preacher in Switzerland Co., IN, also moved to Delaware Co. Both were married to women named Nancy ROGERS. Rev. John Graham and his wife are buried in the county. I want to connect with others researching this line. John Jr.'s daughter, Ann, married a CLARK in Delaware Co. She had a daughter Lucy.

WHITE posted by David Craig WHITE on Tuesday, June 23, 1998: I am trying to accumulate information on the WHITE family living in Delaware County circa early 1800's. In particular, John W. White (father) and Robert S. White(son). I have a great deal of data on Robert S. and very little on John W. The cemetry locator indicates both are buried in Delaware County-John W.4/24/1859 .. I know John W. relocated from Butler County, Ohio to Franklin County, Indiana to Delaware County, Indiana. Land Patent records indicate the purchase of property in Franklin, Jackson, Decatur and Ripley circa 1820. I have the marriage and children of John W. and some indication his origin was Penn. In order to move forward I really need where in Penn. or fathers name. Any help would be appreciated and I would be more than glad to share information I have on file.
