HOWELL, William N., born ? 1824-1838, ? OH - married to WAGNER or WAGONER, Ann Elizabeth on Sep. 28, 1858, ? Delaware County, In. HOWELL, Sanford I., born ? 1847, Muncie, DELAWARE COUNTY, IN - married HALEY or HAILEY, Esther Alice. Need to know if these two are related and also related to my ggrdf. John HOWELL, his family from Wales, came to U.S. in 1860. All of them later on settle in Nebraska and Colorado.

I am looking for information on William Andrew JONES, b.July 13, 1828 in Delaware Co., Ind. He married Eliza Jane BURGESS, b. 1834 in Wells co. Indiana. Their daughter, Elizabeth Jones, b. Aug. 31, 1850 m. Ephriam EMMONS on Sept. 2, 1866. Both of these families moved to Kansas Ephriam Emmons b. 1845. I found a Blm land patent for a John D. HEIGHWAY in Deleware County, dated 1837. My anscestor, J.D. Heighway was married to a Sarah ANTRIM ?ANTRUM? from Warren Co. OH. They had at least 6 children; Mary Jane (who married a JOHNSTON), Albert H. Heighway, Emeline E. Heighway (7/10/1838-5/?/1918) (m. William T. BAKER), Francis Marion Heighway, and Benjamin Franklin Heighway. Any info is Appcd.

BARBER (DAVIDS), Marie Does anyone know anything about Marie (DAVIDS) BARBER? She was born in supposedly Marion Co., In. But supposedly died in Delaware Co., Ind. abt. March 20, 1998. She md. Charley Barber in Indpls., Ind., after several months they moved to Washington, D.C., after he retired they moved to Maryland. After he died, he was bur. in the Arlington Nat'l. Cemetery in Arlington, Va. According to Social Security Death Index on the web site: Ancestry.com I found a Marie BARBER b. Dec. 3, 1908 & d. Mar. 20, 1998 her SS card was issued in District of Columbia. Her residence was: Muncie (Delaware Co.), Ind. So I assume this is where she then died at. Does anyone have any idea about her? Sure would like to know some definite dates, etc. on her. She is my Grt. Aunt. My Grt. Uncle Charley I have all the dates, etc. on him. So I sure hope someone in Delaware Co., Ind. can help me with some sort of information on her! I am looking for descendants of Jesse SITHENS, who died in Delaware County, IN on March 9, 1844. I believe he had sons namely Jesse b 1828 m Mary Ann___, R.G. b 1830 m Mary A.___, George b 1829 m Caroline_____; and daughters namely Ruth b 1822 m Virgil UPDIKE, Amy b 1824 m Lilburn J. WILLIAMS, and Elizabeth b 1820 Joseph SAMSON. Jesse SITHENS was born in New Jersey but came to Indiana about 1822 with his wife Elizabeth KENDAL, settling first in Wayne County, and in 1828 in Union County. By the 1840 census he was living in Delaware County. Any information about these people will be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for an Acka (BEARFOOT) SWEET, who married a GG uncle of mine, Joseph Raymond Sweet. Can anyone help me with an obit. or her possible parentage?!? Acka B. Sweet died in 1943, probably in Muncie. I believe the couple was married in January 1930.

I am interested in establishing the parentage, siblings and children of Nathaniel and Henry SKINNER of Perry County, OH circa 1835. Nathaniel and Henry Skinner obtained the following land patent in Delaware County, IN "2nd Principal Meridian, Section 8, Township 22-N, Range 10-E in Delaware County, IN on 8/1/1837." They sold the land under a Delaware County, IN Deed Book entry: "Nathaniel Skinner; Henry Skinner & Eady Skinner, Henry's wife, to William ADSET, Sale of Land, Delaware County, IN; Deed Book No. 6; Apr 1842 to Apr 1843: page 362. Bracken Library, Ball State University, Muncie, Delaware County, IN." Eady was listed as a resident of Henry County, IN at the closure of the above sale of land Both Henry and Nathaniel were listed as residents of Perry County, OH in the original land patent.

Looking for decendants and any other info on my G-Aunt, Maggie Mae GOSSETT ROBERTSON who lived most of her life in Delaware Co. She was born June 24, 1885 in Lawrence Co., OH. She moved with her parents Isaac and Dilsie Violet GOSSETT first to Albany, IN about 1897, and by 1905 was living in Muncie. She married Thomas James ROBERTSON and they lived at 128 Hoyt Ave. She had three children, Violet ROBERTSON JETMORE, Martha, and Thomas. Thomas had at least 1 son, Robert, who was a Muncie Police officer in 1961. Maggie Mae died Dec. 20, 1961 in Muncie. Any info on this family would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for information on Isaac and Sarah LANGDON who lived at 1431 South Walnut Street near Seventh street. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1897 with a party in their home. I have a newspaper clipping, but no exact date. They had moved to Muncie in 1869 and he was a Baptist minister. Their children: E.J., P.A., D.W. (sons) who lived in Muncie; and daughters Laura Bloom of Souix City and Mrs. C.M. HINES of Muncie. Another son, W.S., lived in Lutesville. I also have a newspaper article of a "bounteous" birthday dinner! Please respond with any information.

I am trying to find anything on a Charles RICKERT listed in the Delaware County census for 1840. He was listed as being 30 and under 40 with a wife 20 and under 30. Have no other information on this family so anything would be very much appreciated. I think he is one of my ancestors but need more information on him.

Delaware County, Indiana. I am looking for information on Sara Catherine YOUNCE and Perry Walter MANSFIELD, b. 1857, husband and wife. Perry died around 1892 and left Sara with 4 small children. Their son, Ralph Gregory Mansfield, b. 1883 graduated from Purdue University in 1904 and married Emma Van Hart Lovett in Chicago in 1910. They originally lived on a farm in Hamilton Township, Delaware County and moved to Eaton when her children were ready to enter high school.
