Searching for any links to Frederick SMITH (March 20,1818 - March 4, 1901), married Margaret Magdalena HEPLER, (1818 - 1907) January 8, 1843 (mar. bk 1:195), moved to Harrison County, Missouri, from Bremen, Marshall County, Indiana after 1850 as my g. grandmother was quite young when they moved (Elizabeth SMITH, born, April 19, 1850, died June 9, 1941). They later moved to Meriden, Kansas where they died and are buried.

Sheridan CLYDE was the son of Allen and Mary CLYDE. He was born in Kosciusko Co. on October 25, 1867. They arrived in this county from Londonderry, New Hampshire. Allen is descended from Daniel Clyde (Clyd) who emigrated from Ireland to New Hampshire in the seventeenth century. They left Kosciusko Co. in 1871 and moved to Nebraska. I am interested in learning anything and everything I can about this family unit. I am unaware of any other children of this union.

Josephine LAMKINS married John MORRIS 1859 in Kosciusko County. John was resident of Pierceton until 1866, but Josephine is not on the 1860 census with him. They had one known child. Possibly she is related to Hiram LAMPKINS on the 1865 census of Pierceton. Any information about her parents welcome.

I am looking for information on Susanna WISE, wife of Jacob WISE. She was known as Grandma Wise and lived in Monroe Township. She is buried in the Mt. Pleasant cemetary. She died May 12, 1898 in Claypool at the home of her daughters, Mrs. J.P. THOMA. The Tucker funeral home had the body and ther funeral was held at the Brethern Church. She is listed in the Enumeration of Soldiers Families of 1865 Kos. Co. as receiving the pension of her son, Phillip WISE. She was taking care of his orphan nephews, whose father, Amos WISE, was dead. I have not been able to find out her maiden name or parents names. I believe she was born in Ohio. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

I am researching these family names: My GGF was Frank LYON (b. 25 Nov. 1872 in Beaver Dam and d. 1930). His father was William LYON (b.1849 d. 1930) I do not know where he was born. Does anyone have any other information about him? His mother was Emma Louise NICHOLS (b.1853, d. 1925) Her parents were Solomon (b 1816 d. 1881) and Sarah (b. 1820 d. 1909) The census for 1850 shows Solomon and Sarah living in Kosciusko Co, however, their ages do not match my dates. Does anyone have any information about them and other children? My GGM was Jennie Alice EATON (b. 12 Aug 1875 and d. 24 Oct 1965) Her parents were Levi EATON (b. 12 Aug. 1842) and Sarah LEWIS (b. 16 Jan 1854, d. 1916) Levi's parents were Caleb (b. 6 Oct. 1819 d. 1870) and Martha (b. 9 Oct. 1822, d. 8 March 1906) They are also in the 1850 census. Does anyone know what Martha's maiden name was or any other information about them? I do have brothers and sisters for several of the families. Thank you for your help.
