My grandfather, Cletus/Cledus MURPHY lived and farmed just outside of Wolflake, Indiana from who knows when until the very late sixties or early seventies, when he died. I know he was married and had ten children, of which my father, the late Roy Dean MURPHY, was one. I'm trying to find out as much about grandfather as possible and would greatly appreciate any information or leads. Also, I know that grandfather had a brother that farmed not far from where he did because I visited his place once during the 50's...in fact, and this is just what I've heard but not proven, there are still MURPHY's farming around that area.

I am looking for information about Carrie E. PATTON b 21 Oct 1885 in Kosciusko County, IN. Her parents were James PATTON and Eva BURT. Carrie married Leonard C. BAKER 12 Aug 1908 in Kosciusko Co. On the 1910 census the BAKERs were living at 1012 Wells St., Fort Wayne, IN, where Leonard operated the Wayne Stamp Co. On the census they had an infant daughter, Evaliza, two older children, a son aged 16 and a daugheter, Leona, aged 14. I believe the older children were Leonard's by a previous marriage as Carrie was only 24 at the time. Any help locating this family would be greatly appreciated.
